Start the day with this affirmation, and then intend to see beauty and awe around you. You will see it, perhaps in some things previously taken for granted or not noticed.
You can also use it moment to moment, “I will find awe in the things around me in this next moment.”
3 - Think of one thing you wanted intensely and it worked out
You knew it would happen, you knew it was only a matter of time and then, it occurred.
Remember the sense of amazement and happiness that washed over you when it came to be. Imagine that feeling coming into your body.
