  • How do I upgrade my free trial to a paid plan?

    The free trial gives you access to this month's journey and select materials at no cost.

    You won't be charged and your trial ends automatically 14 days after you sign up.

    To upgrade your plan, click on any paid content in The Member Center during your trial to enter payment details. 

    How can I cancel, renew or change my membership access?

    Simply login to your membership profile (HERE) to change your subscription plan, cancel immediately or cancel at the time of your next renewal.

    After doing so, there would be no further action needed from you, and you can enjoy all the materials until the very last second of your subscription.

    You can come back into the program whenever the time is right for you using your login email.

  • Yes! All recorded meditations have a written transcript. All video content includes closed captioning.

  • The eBooks are in Portable Document Format (PDF), and you may need a PDF document reader to open it.

    PDF is such a universal document format for digital files; most newer computers and devices have PDF readers automatically installed. 

    PDF readers will automatically open your file for you.

    You can get a free PDF reader installed on your device with free applications such as Adobe.

    The other possible issues may be a slow load speed due to available device memory, cached files must be cleared and internet connection.

  • For best results, save your eBook to a desktop or laptop.

    All computers have a default place as to where new downloads are saved.

    In most cases, you will find your download in this folder sometimes called “Downloads” or “Recent Downloads.”

    To find the files that you’ve recently downloaded, simply locate this default download location - your eBook will likely be there.

    You can also set a new default for your downloadable file location to prevent further issues in finding recent downloads.

    Still can't find it? 

    - Make sure to check your spam, promotions or junk folders to download it again

    - Search your email inbox for "Amanda Linette Meder" to re-download the document
